Directions:
Local:13 S to just after 113/13 split take a left onto S. Little Creek Rd. Continue about 150 ft. past the Target/Safeway Shopping Center and follow signs to the PCS Homes’ sales center.
From the Bay Bridge in MD: At the split, take Rt. 301N and continue for approx. 18 miles. Make a right onto Rt. 302 and continue for approx. 9 miles. Turn right at 454 (Templeville) and follow for approx. 2 miles. Rt. 454 turns into DE Route 8 and follow for approx. 12 miles into Dover. The road will fork, bear left towards Route 13 (Dupont Hwy). Take a right onto Rt. 13 S and move into the left lane. Take a left on S. Little Creek. Follow signs to the PCS Homes Sales Center.
