Townhome and Villa Models Open at Bridgeview Place
Buyers can now tour decorated townhome and villa models at Bridgeview Place, a community of 300 homes in Bridgeview. The models showcase the flexible designs and included features included in the price of every home at the community.
Located near 76th Avenue and 103rd Street, Bridgeview Place currently offers one villa and two townhome designs. Priced from the $190,000s, the raised-ranch villa offers 1,429 square feet and includes two bedrooms, two baths and an oversized one-car garage. Townhomes start in the $250,000s and measure 1,721 square feet and have two to three bedrooms, 2½ baths, finished lower levels and attached two-car garages.
“Bridgeview Place has attracted a bevy of homebuyers coming from Joliet as well as downtown Chicago thanks to the convenient inner-ring location of Bridgeview,” said Leigh Nevers, vice president of marketing for Lennar’s Chicago region. “And it’s no surprise buyers are coming from all directions because these floor plans are so flexible. They appeal to everyone from downsizers seeking the convenience of maintenance-free single-level living to young buyers who are ready to move into their first home.”
But regardless of their life stage, all buyers are impressed with the incredible value of the villas and townhomes at Bridgeview Place, added Nevers.
As part of Lennar’s Everything’s Included logic, the models at Bridgeview Place showcase popular features that are included the cost of every home.
For example, the models showcase 9-foot main-level ceilings; GE kitchen appliances including an Energy Star dishwasher; 36-inch kitchen cabinetry with roll-out trays and crown molding; a spacious walk-in closets in the master bedroom; bathroom vanities with cultured marble tops; fully sodded homesites; and professional landscape packages.
Buyers looking for a raised-ranch home can tour the Sterling, a 1,429-square-foot villa priced at $203,990. The two-bedroom, two-bath home has an open layout with the eat-in kitchen separated from the living room by a half wall. Nevers said downsizers appreciate the flexibility of the home’s great room, which gives them space for their formal dining room furniture from their previous home.
“With our raised-ranch villas like the Sterling, buyers still do most of their day-to-day living on one level,” said Nevers. “But since the living space is on the upper level, residents won’t be disrupted by neighbors coming and going. Plus, they have a deck off the living room or great room, which provides nice outdoor living space.”
Bridgeview Place also offers two decorated models from its three townhome plans, including the 1,721-square-foot, tri-level Atwood. Priced at $253,990, the Atwood comes with two master suites, 2½ baths and an attached two-car garage. Like all townhomes at Bridgeview Place, the Atwood has its main living area a half flight up from the foyer, and its finished lower level a half flight down from the foyer.
On the third level, the larger master suite features vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet and a private bath with dual-bowl vanities, while the secondary suite has a wardrobe closet and access to its own bath.
“For first-time buyers, the dual suites in the Atwood are a perfect solution for roommates who buy a home together as they can still enjoy the privacy of their own bedroom and bathroom. On the other hand, the second suite is also attractive to empty-nesters who want to downsize because the kids will still have a place to stay when they come for a visit.”
On the main level, the model shows an open living and dining room with a formal dining table and casual furniture in shades of maroon and ivory. The eat-in kitchen is outfitted with black GE appliances and a table with four chairs.
A family room is located on the lower level, which is illuminated by natural light from the home’s look-out windows
The community is conveniently located only 21 miles from the Chicago Loop and offers access to the Metra station, Pace bus stops and Interstates 55 and 294.
